DUTIES
- Assist HRS Account Managers and HRS Director in data collection and analysis to identify key disease states within employer population.
- Provide coordination within the unit to develop recommendations for the employer to address issues. Assist in the creation of long term health promotion programs for the employees; assist in identifying and assessing resources to provide the programs; coordinate and monitor the performance of all outsourced vendors; monitor and report on results and value of investment for the client.
Update the wellness plan reporting tools to establish a baseline and measure results.
- Learn and then maintain a solid knowledge of all wellness vendors and carrier wellness capabilities and programs.
- Assist in the development of presentations to clients and prospective clients.
- Meet regularly with unit service teams to support and evaluate ongoing programs. Travel as necessary to take notes at client worksites.
- Coordinate vendors for health assessments, care/disease management, and wellness programs; suggest those best able to assist in implementation of wellness plans based on clients’ needs.
- Provide periodic reports to internal team members for assessing results of in-place client programs.
- Research case studies, articles, and other supporting documents to demonstrate the need for and potential outcome of suggested programs.
- Provide broad administrative support in the areas of meeting planning and setup, calendar management, file organization, eletronic records management.
- Assist in the development of incentive programs for employers to increase employee participation in worksite health promotion programs.
- Learn about regulatory issues impacting worksite health promotion programs, including the appropriate and legal approaches to employee incentive programs.
- Participate in internal Lockton wellness committee and coordinate health promotion programming.
